Ever wonder about how to get those Norwegian letters Ø , ø , Å , å , Æ , æ without having to buy a computer from Norway that has them on its keyboard?
One way is to copy and paste. Let's practice with these Norwegian letters -- Ø , ø , Å , å , Æ , æ .
Take your mouse and place the cursor to the right of the letter between the letter and the comma. Hold the left mouse button down, drag the mouse to the left so the character is highlighted. Let go of the mouse and it should still be highlighted.
Find the Crtl button on your keyboard hold it down while pressing the letter "c" (c stands for copy).
Now take your mouse and move the cursor to where you want the letter and right click. Click your mouse in this box here -->
To paste or ("Vring" the letter back) find the Crtl button on your keyboard. Hold the Ctrl button down and press V (for "Vring" it back).Move your mouse and cursor where you wish to place the letter. Again, click in this box -->
Find the ALT button on your computer. Hold it down while typing the numbers that follow for each character. Your character should appear once you let go of the ALT button| Ø | Nordic O slash (capital) | ALT 0216 |

Find the ALT/Option button on your computer. Hold it down while typing the letter or apostrophe. For the capital letters one has to hold Shift button down also.
